Leamington Spa is one of about 300 similar towns that lay claim to having an oak tree that lies slap bang in the centre of the country. Whether or not there is any geographical truth in such piffle is highly debatable but you can’t see it anyway as it’s currently under twenty foot of snow. They call this adverse weather conditions, but I dread to think how they coped in the ice age. Probably had loads of days off work. Hurrah!
